This product is nicely designed, works well and is very cute and tiny. The only trouble I have with it is getting the microSD card out of it in order to put it into my cell phone (I end up having to push it out with a coin or some other tool). Other than that it's a great solution for transferring files between your cell phone or another device and a computer without an SD card reader.

this thing's extremely handy because it's very small and fits onto your key chain so you can bring it with you everywhere you go. not only that, but you don't have to buy a media card reader or a transfer cable (if for a phone) because of the usb adapter.

I really like this product, the USB adapter is very useful. Great for sharing files between your PC and cellphone.
I just had one problem, I didn't know that the root folder can only take a limited number of files. The card had around 500MB in use and wouldn't take any more files. I called Kingston's support line and I was told I just had to create folders and put the files in them. That solved the problem.
The only thing I didn't like was Kingston's support website, no info on this product at all, or on the problem I was having, that's why I had to call them.

Works great!! Plug in to the cell phone to get the extra storage. Plug in with the USB adapter works right away as a removable drive. Now after converting the video files to 3PG format, I can transfer them to the micro SD. Plug it into my Chocolate cell phone, I am able to play video. Excellent value. A little difficult to pull out of the USB adapter.

Wow, it's almost impossible to remove a microSD chip from my USB microSD Reader. A girlfriend tried and gave up. Took me at least a minute, once I came up with a technique - push out while wiggling side to side. Without the technique- it was simply impossible to make it budge.

But for the $13 price I paid at a local retailer, I can't complain much. I was surprised that my Samsung SYNC recognized it. (I haven't checked to see if it can access all 2GB.)

I needed to take a picture of my dash board display of my new vehicle because of a problem I am having. (To send to the manufacture) I was able to take the picture with my cell phone but unfortunately could not send it to the dealer, probably because I just don't how to. Well I knew I could add a micro sd card to my phone and did a little searching on Amazon and found this little device with everything I needed. It allowed me to do just what I wanted to do! I stored my pictures to the microSD, downloaded to my computer and sent the pictures to the dealer. My only problem was that I had to get down on my knees to find the USB port on the back of my desktop and will probably add a extension cable so I don't have to do that to much longer! On a positive note, I did clean the back of my computer while I was down there! I bet it breathes alot better now!

I bought one of these for myself and like it so well that I bought 12 more to give a Christmas gifts to my son, sisters and nephews.

This product works well in my phone. It is a little difficult to figure out how to load the chip into the USB unit, but it works as it is supposed too. I am satisfied with this purchase.l

I have a cheap Nokia phone and a trendy PowerMac. The only problem I have had has been due to my Nokia phone. The first time I used the MicroSD to draw photos off the phone, it worked great. In subsequent uses, I had to squeeze the side of the phone where the disc was inserted to insure the "Memory Card Detected" didn't become "Memory Card Removed". I have used the product a lot since I bought it only two weeks ago. With it, I have unlocked the capabilities of my phone: a small 1.3 megapixel camera and a tiny music library. This thing does what it says it does.

My students had one of these things, and I asked where she bought it. OfficeMax, she said. I went there and they didn't have it. I was thrilled when I found it here for a more competitive price (compared to the larger, uglier, and pricier alternative that they did have in-stock). I was so tired of SanDisk and Lexar, and I wanted a different brand. It's hard to go wrong with Kingston. This thing works like a charm! LOVE IT! You can't go wrong with this little lightening bug. Ordering was fast and easy, and I got the item very quickly! It was nice to see a color choice, too.

CONS:
The card IS a little hard to get out, but that's a small price to pay for the convenience. Meanwhile, this thing sure makes file transfers fast and painless.

One thing I am NOT sure of, though, is it ok to keep an extra card in this device? Seems like the "slide USB" doesn't quite retract fully with a card in place, so I would not recommend keeping a card inside it. That's the only downside, though!
