Yes, I use my Kinvio to make and answer calls. I also listen to music and audiobooks. It is easy to switch from music to a call and back again.
Does this device (or any wireless headset for that matter) support wired listening as well. Specifically for plugging into the plane's audio port Sep 23, 2013
This does not. I don't know about any duel headphones that support both.
I wear glasses and they do not interfere since they go around the back of the head/neck, beneath the earpieces of glasses. I like them. Very good quality sound. Better than you owuld expect for such a low cost. I use them with MacIntosh and iPhone.
Has anyone tested the audio quality of the mic, from the listener's side? My use would be stationary, at the computer. Sep 16, 2013
I've taken calls while mowing the lawn with these headphones, and while my conversation participant knew I was doing something noisy, they commented on how remarkable the call quality was, all things considered...
I want to wear these at work to listen to music, and talk via Lync. I need to be able to hear what's going on around me. How isolating are these? May 30, 2014
For music they are fine. A bit gaudy because of the shape and fit. But they sound good. I use them quite a bit in the gym and on bike rides. Mixed reviews for work but believe this is a feature of my laptop and not the headphones. I too use Lync. I have not had any complaints from listeners so they seem to block background noise - not wind, so when walking to your car, people will know. My one complaint is that I have to be in close proximity to my laptop at work. At home, I can walk around a bit, but no more than say 20 feet.
Will this pair with two devises? I need to connect to both my iphone and blackberry. I need to switch between the two. Jul 25, 2014
Have currently have mine paired with 3 devices: iPad, iPod and Android phone. John is correct, however. Once you connect with one, it will disconnect with the other. Your pairing will still e there, but you will have to reestablish the connection. I don't know if there is a device out there that will allow you to be connected to multiple devices simultaneously.
Anybody tried already to see if this will pair with the logitech unifying Bluetooth receiver ? Or do I need to get a new receiver again ? Thank you. Mar 6, 2014
Dear Customer, Thank you for your question regarding our BTH240 Bluetooth headphones! The BTH240 headphones will not work with the Logitech unifying Bluetooth receiver. The Logitech Unifying Bluetooth receiver will only work with mice and keyboards and not audio devices. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any additional questions. does it operate while charging? Oct 5, 2013
I just tried it to make sure. Because it has very few indicators, I wasn't sure it was actually charging. I have used the BTH220 when the battery was completely drained, but I haven't been in that situation with the bth240. I turned on the headset (the led blinks blue) and plugged in the charger. The headset automatically turned off and the led turned red. I turned the headset back on and the led stayed red, but also blinked blue. It is tough to tell for sure, but I believe it will work.
