I am addicted to these tasty little cookies. The ingredients begin "sugar, pea starch, potato starch...". These are not very healthy. They taste great though. They are low in sodium and relatively low in sugar. They taste kind of like sugar cookies. Crispy, light, melt in your mouth, and just sweet enough....

It's rare to find vegan gluten free junk food that tastes this good, and doesn't go overboard in sugar salt or fat. These would probably be a great treat for a gfcf kid who misses out on having what the other kids have.

I bought them because I couldn't resist the cute animals...
