This is a all around general book about working in a dr's office. If you currenly work in a dr's office, this book maybe repetitive to you but if not, you'll likely learn alot about inter-office operations.

I ordered this book for my class. My preference is for real books over e-books. The book was in great shape, ready for my use. Thanks

This book came in before the actual arrival date that was posted when I ordered it. That is something to be proud of. I will order more books from Amazon.com in the future.

I thought this was the right book, but according to the class it should have had an "access code". This one does not. Emailed company to return and was emailed back that the book in fact did contain the access code. Emailed them back asking where to find it and have not heard from them since. Stuck with book I cannot use.

I loved the ease of buying the book i needed for school. It was practically new, some water damage oh well. It als had the CD which is good practice for me. I also loved that I received the book in one week.
