Arrived in battered box and at first glance didn't notice any damage. Then IKE hit Houston and it was called into action. Started right up and worked perfectly...however as we looked closer we found the motor mount was broken, and the front plastic voltmeter cracked. After all that you might think it was crap--however this little generator has worked perfectly for 7 days so far and been a life-saver.
If the shipping had been better, this would be a 5 star for sure.
