Excellent, but they add unnecessary and unhealthy sugar. Prefer Eden's Dried Cherries which do not. Not sure why they feel need to add the sugar.

We went to Costco the other day, and I grabbed a bag of these. They're wonderful! They have a sweet-tart taste, and a wonderful genuine cherry scent and flavor. I think if you reconstituted them, they'd make amazing cherry pie filling or jam. If you like the flavor of cherries, you have to try these.

I like strolling the aisles of my local warehouse store because you never know what you might find. For example, last week I found some delicious dried cherries by Kirkland Signature in the snacks isle. I've always thought the KS brand was of the highest quality, so I snapped up a bag in an instant. They're a somewhat tart Montmorency Cherry, and they're excellent. They're nice and chewy and have a wonderful taste. I use them as deserts, pack them with lunches and take them along on camping trips. Plus, they're easy to store so there's good quality fruit around even during times when a trip to the local grocery store isn't possible. Excellent product.

We used to raise Montmorency cherries, and these dried cherries are the real deal. As dried fruit, they're perfect: moist, chewy, and wonderfully flavorful. They make a wonderfully energizing snack at the office. Though I generally don't like added sugar on dried fruits, it's really necessary to counteract the cherries' naturally tart taste. Reconstituted, I'm guessing they'd be perfect for tart cherry pies. Certainly the flavor is everything I remember in a really good tart cherry pie, which is almost impossible to find these days.

Love these cherries- they are the best I've found. I use them in baked goods, trail mixes, and to toss on salads. However, you should store them in the refrigerator if you aren't going to use the entire bag within a week of opening, because they do get a funky (like rancid oil) smell to them when stored in a pantry.

Dried cherries were always a luxury for me. They were expensive at my local food store. Then I found the Kirkland Signature Dried Cherries at Amazon and they became reasonable. 20 oz in. Resealable bag, closed the deal for me.

I found a delicious recipe for a salad. Fresh greens from the garden, pistachio nuts, dried cherries and ble cheese. I used a light olive oil and vinegar dressing, and this salad exploded with flavor. Lots of compliments from the family. I also made granola bars using sliced almonds, these dried cherries, coconut, peanut butter and honey that is so good. Eating the dried cherries out of the bag is also a nice treat.

These cherries are good for you. They are tart with a little sweetness in them. No matter how you use them, they will more than fill the bill.

Highly Recommended. prisrob 07-08-12

I use these cherries to ease the joint pain I experience from systemic lupus. I eat three ounces per day, before meals, and they have enabled me to stop a prescription drug that I had taken for 10 years.

I'm fully addicted to these cherries. This bag can be found at costco but because I live so far away and I ran out of my cherries I was immediately on Amazon looking for them. It was amazing to find them and have them arrive in days.

Now, I would use these cherries anywhere you use raisins. They would be perfect in muffins, cookies, carrot salad, or any meat salad just not tuna. Like chicken salad would be delicious with the dried cherry tang. Also, our doodles love these cherries. We try to snack on dog approved items so we can share. Everyone of our doodles love these cherries.
