In short, don't waste your time. Someone at Kirkland put their head right up their you know what when they decided to do away with the No-Drip Pump variety in exchange for this garbage.

I am Malia , I live on the Island of Hawaii , we have vog here , it is smog caused by the volcano & causes lots of problems for people like me .
When I can't breathe through my nose I can't sleep . My husband bought some nasal spray ( Kirkland pump ) at our local Costco & what a wonderful thing it is to be able to sleep !!!! that is until Costco removed it from their inventory , as they have done with many of the things that I liked .
Thank you Costco , it was really great to be able to sleep for a while , if I had known , I could have bought a few extra , how about a warning sign on the shelf when you are going to delete something ?

Works great and has the same medication as Afrin.It also costs 1/3 the price.Caution however,with most decongestants,you will end up relying on this stuff more and more if you have heavy allergies or pets as I do.See Afrin Addiction

Kirkland severe congestion nasal decongestant spray in the no-drip pump WAS AWESOME. This stuff is GARBAGE! Water does as good a job as this does for me....very disappointed to say the least!

Anyone know WHY the the severe congestion nasal decongestant no-drip was discontinued or what I can replace it with? I am DESPERATE for relief! Please reply with any suggestion for a substitute....is Afrin No Drip 12-Hour Pump Mist, Severe Congestion, 0.5-Ounce Pumps (Pack of 3) a similar product?

Bought many Kirkland nasal decongestants over the years. The older ones with the pump worked as well as Afrin.
The new ones without the pump are useless. I don't know if it's a change of formula or simply the delivery method.
I'll have to go with the Afrin with the pump.

This stuff is quite possibly the best thing ever invented. You've got a sinus headache that's killing you? 3 sprays up the nose in each nostril and 15 minutes later, BAM! you're back to normal. Don't take it for more than 3 days at a time or you'll get rebound inflammation. Couple this with a Neti pot rinse and it's pretty much the best thing ever. No more pounding head pain.

The contents of these bottles is 1 oz of the same active ingredient (twice the amount) in the same concentration as in the pump for half the price. The pump is far superior in every way.

Tell you what you do. You REFILL the pump with the contents of these sprays. This gives you the active ingredient for 75% off.

They changed the product!!! The no drip pump with the menthal mist was AWESOME!! This is the original and is is pure garbage. Kirkland needs to get the mist back on their shelves. Anyone know of something similiar to use that WORKS???

I had used Kirkland oxymetazoline spray, which was made by Taro Pharmaceuticals, for some time and was very disappointed when they discontinued it. Months ago my old supply was running out and I purchased a few boxes from Costco. Figured that Kirkland would worry about quality to preserver their reputation. WRONG. Unlike Afrin or the Costco product from Taro, this is less effective at reducing congestion. I suspect the reason is that when you apply it, there is a strong stinging which indicates something irritating your nasal membranes. That irritation causes swelling, which offsets the effect of the oxymetazoline. Never before experience this sort of sting with an oxymetazoline spray. Gonna be very careful in future with Kirkland brand on any OTC stuff.

The Kirkland Nasal Spray is an excellent product for nasal congestion and the price is reasonable. Really like this product! But the shipper did not package it very well, so there was leakage from the bottles. I will choose a different shipper for this product in the future.
