This wonderfully written music based on the themes by A. Borodin, includes beloved songs such as: the beautiful duet "Stranger in Paradise" and "Baubles, Bangles and Beads." The story of a poor daughter of a poet falling in love with the Caliph of Baghdad is captured in Wright's and Forrest's score. The comic songs "Gesticulate" and "Was I Wazir?" are fun songs to play and sing. Whether you use the music for an audition or just want it for home, Kismet Vocal Selections is perfect for a night of beautiful music.
