Judgement,
This review is from: Kiss Me If You Dare (Patricia Amble Mystery Series #3) (Paperback)
This was one of the best books, I've read in a long time. I started reading from the back after reading the beginning, I couldn't wait to see what happened to Brad.
After all that Tish and her family went through to find truth and love, I just couldn't pull away from the book. I was reading the book and smiling during the whole time, I read. Tish was still selfish in her goals, but the challenges she faced were good food for thought. I hate the author only has these three books available, this was an easy read. The story line between Tish, Brad, Candice, Puppa, Joel and Sam really had in turning. I hate that Brad ended up paralized but oh the ending made up for it. I love the book and can see myself reading it all over again. Nicole Young did well on this book as well as the others.

This review is from: Kiss Me If You Dare (Patricia Amble Mystery Series #3) (Paperback)
I read the first two books, but I'm just as confused as the reviewer who said she hadn't read them. Without giving away major plot points, I can't go into a lot of detail. But the end of the second book left us wondering if one of the main characters would live and the third book opens finding out that character is alive and well and trying to bust some drug dealers. Um...what???? I don't get it. Nicole Young's writing just gets more bizarre and Patricia/Trish goes further off the deep end. I don't care a thing for THIS Patricia Amble or what happens to her. This will be the last Nicole Young book I read.

Nichole Young as done a wonderful job with the Patricia amble Series. It has alot of facts, funny moments, and even shows that a hard hearted person like Tish can be broke with the right one in her. It isn't a long drawed out book that is so boring, that you have to read three chapters to finally get back into whats going on. Nichole Young did a wonderful job, and I can only hope to read another series on Brad and Tish! WOW! Could you only image it. Starting a life together, adopting some kids, and then on top of having to raise kids, they end up solving more murders. Nicole Young please don't fell me come thorugh with more Brad and Tish PLEASE!

Disappointed...,

This review is from: Kiss Me If You Dare (Patricia Amble Mystery Series #3) (Paperback)
This series just keeps getting weirder. The main character seems bipolar, since she's constantly hating someone one minute and loving them the next. Its also confusing, I kept wondering what point the author was trying to get across and then I'd finally get it...but it was like she was trying too hard and just overcomplicated the issues. I can't really explain what I mean without giving away major plot points in the book, but it was just really bizarre to end the last book the way it did and start this book off in a completely different manner.

I loved this series! It made me cry and laugh. I've read some reviews were people were confused because how the second book left off, you wonder if one of the characters die. And in the beginning of this book it's seems like he's doing fine, but what I'm assuming some people don't understand is that she doesn't remember what happened after the gun went off. So you're hearing her tell the story the way she remembers it. You figure that out once you read more into the book and she starts to remember things. So without giving away too much... This is a good series to read... Highly Recommend.

Not having read books 1 and 2 in this series, I found the first 50 pages of this book confusing and hard to get in to. It's not a stand-alone story, but very much a continuation of the previous books, so it took me a while to understand enough of the back-story to understand what Tish is running from and why.
Tish Amble is now Alisha Braddock, living in disguise in California with her 'uncle', Prof Denton Braddock, attending a Christian college and waiting for almost-fiance, Brad, to ring her and say the danger is past and she can return home. The first half of the book was very much the story of Tish missing Brad and struggling to fit in with her new environment. The story improves when the suspense kicks in during the second half, with Tish going after the answers to her questions.

Excellent Ending to the Series,

Tish Amble has had to flee from everyone she's grown to love and hide away with a new identity. She must do this to protect her family, friends and the man she loves. Unfortunately just as she's starting to get used to her new lifestyle of being a college student and beginning to renovate houses again, someone begins sabotaging her work and tries to harm her. Fleeing from the scene, Tish returns back to Michigan under disguise to see her family again. Most importantly she wants to know about Brad, who she's had no contact with at all. However when she gets there, the happy reunion she thought she'd receive is nowhere to be found. When I started reading this book, I was totally confused. For some reason, when I finished reading Kill Me If You Can, I thought Brad had died and therefore Tish's romantic life was over. Imagine to my surprise when he came along in this book! This was my fault as I had read the book wrong, but it totally caught me off guard. But in a good way, because I've always enjoyed reading about their relationship. However, that happy relationship has taken a turn for the worse in this book as Brad has pretty much given up the will to live and refuses to see anyone even Tish. I was sad that Tish had to hide away from her family and her friends from the last book. Even though it was to keep her safe, I could understand how hard it was to not be in contact with those you love. Denton kept getting on my nerves by the way he kept treating Tish. I mean he doesn't get her anything to take a shower or much less even the time to do so, and then he complains that she smells. I wanted to smack him and run out of the car! I know he was trying to protect her but his attitude was just very condescending. I really enjoyed reading about the class competing to fix up the houses. Even though I'm not good at doing this, I really love reading about redecorating houses so anytime Tish gets the urge to start renovating, I'm hooked. The mystery behind who's sabotaging Tish is done very well and there are lots of twists and turns and surprises along the way. This book however feels more suspense than mystery and it gets very fast paced from the middle of the book until the end. There is a scene at the end that is very touching and it explains a lot about Tish, her family and why she is the way she is. I'm sad the series is over as I've enjoyed Tish's adventures and I wish we could read more about her. This book does tie up everything and it brings all the story lines to a close. This has been an excellent series by Nicole Young and I will be eagerly looking forward to her next book!
