These guys could Possibly be the next Guns N' Roses!!
Influenced by, the Gunners, Hanoi, Aerosmith, Ramones, johnny thunders ect. In my opinion their sound in similar to the gunners on "the spagetti incident" not exactly gnr in their prime but it`s nice to hear it being played in the new millenium, guess there`s still hope eh?? Pure Rubbish play as if it`s 1987 and dont give a ... what anyone thinks!! The best new band in the last 8 - 10 years. Dont get left behind these guys are gonna be ... huge!!

5.0 out of 5 stars The best CD ever (I even went to their school)!, March 30, 2002

I totally agree with them! LONG LIVE ROCK & ROLL! Derek Dunivan, the lead guitarist/singer, 17 years old, he hung out with Izzy Stradlin from Guns N' Roses, he'd be doin a crazy solo while he was talkin to you as if he didn't know it, Evan Dunivan, his brother, the drummer, 15 years old, the best drummer I've ever heard, Jarett Gardener, 21 years old, rythm guitarist, he's called the rythm guitarist but he's definitely good enought to be a lead guitarist, and Mike McWilliams, 22 years old, "the old geezer", he's one bad bass player.
Pure Rubbish've gotten serious props from [other bands]. They were in the October 2001 issue of GuitarWorld, they were on MtvNews, they were in TexasMusic, these Houstonian kids have a future, I guarantee you!

Take it from a guy who has drank a beer with Johnny Thunders,
this is as good as it gets. In a fair world they would be
the biggest band going at the moment. Maybe a moment of fame
will get them in Brittany's pants!
Good luck guys! ...

Derek, Evan, Jarett, and Mike are (...) awesome! I went to school with Evan and Derek, but their CD kicks(...)! Derek is the best (...)17-year-old guitarist there is! They should be more famous!!!!!
