Helps to relieve sinus pressure associated with my allergies and with sinus infections,colds and the flu. I love this stuff. Spray bottle has never leaked and because it doesn't take many sprays to get the job done, this bottle has lasted for a long time!

I like this product, but I think that the packaging was sub-par. It leaked the entire time it was being shipped, and the bottle was sticky when I opened it. So far, I like the spray, though.
