The product inside the container remains great, but the change to the smaller push-button type pump is not. It takes two hands to operate and jams.

This product has the cleanest fragrance and I like it because it is easy to use and less messy than picking up a bar of soap. A little bit goes a long way and again, it has the cleanest smell.

I have used this soap for a several years, and have been a fan of Kiss my Face products. However, this new pump design is horrible, the pump jams and because the spout is so short (check out other foamer designs) it dribbles the soap between your hand and the bottle. If that isn't enough to disuade you, they seem to have watered down the soap SO much that 2-3 pumps doesn't provide enough lather to wash your hands. I went on to purchase the EO brand foaming pump, love the pump, nice lavender essential oil scent, and the soap is much richer. I wish I had not wasted my money on this, the EO is a bit more expensive, but at least I am not throwing it out..
