The product inside the container remains great, but the change to the smaller push-button type pump is not. It takes two hands to operate and jams.

This product has the cleanest fragrance and I like it because it is easy to use and less messy than picking up a bar of soap. A little bit goes a long way and again, it has the cleanest smell.

I have used this soap for a several years, and have been a fan of Kiss my Face products. However, this new pump design is horrible, the pump jams and because the spout is so short (check out other foamer designs) it dribbles the soap between your hand and the bottle. If that isn't enough to disuade you, they seem to have watered down the soap SO much that 2-3 pumps doesn't provide enough lather to wash your hands. I went on to purchase the EO brand foaming pump, love the pump, nice lavender essential oil scent, and the soap is much richer. I wish I had not wasted my money on this, the EO is a bit more expensive, but at least I am not throwing it out..

I had a clear soap from this brand. It made my skin sooooo dry. I decided to try this bergamote thing. It has the same effect on my skin... I should think ahead that they more likely use identical soap base for all their soaps.

In addition the smell is too strong. Foams badly and does not feels soapy in hands. No sensation of washing.

Dispenser stopped working after about a week.

I've used this soap for years, and usually buy the refills from Amazon to save money. Smells great, not overwhelming or overly perfumey. But they've redesigned the pump bottle - the pump shape is more compact, but it is harder to push down, so young kids have trouble working it. I used to be able to push the pump down with my thumb while cupping my hand in front of the spout to catch the foam, but now I have to use two hands. Annoying enough that I scrounged around in the recycling bin to rescue the old pump bottles I'd thrown away. Fix the pump please!!

I LOVE this soap. I love the foam. I love the smell -- my friend says it reminds her of fruit loops :) It's gentle, and lasts a long time, since the foam is such an efficient way to clean your hands.

Pardon the pun, but I just can't say enough about this soap. The fragrance is light and refreshing, without being overly feminine or masculine. My husband won't use any other kind of soap now. He would actually leave the bathroom to use the one in the kitchen, until I got one for the bathroom as well! Now I have them at every sink, with extras on standby!

I love the smell of this soap....a crisp grapefruit scent that appeals to me. Very fresh and also the foaming action of the pump makes the soap last longer.

As others have mentioned this pump sucks. Not only does it stick, but the spout is so close to the base you always need two hands and make a mess. Whoever designed this pump clearly doesn't wash their hands.

I tried this foaming hand cleanser in an attempt to use a more natural hand soap. I am hooked now. The smell is wonderful and guests ask me where I got it all the time. I also love the fact that the ingredients are natural and not harsh. You really can't go wrong. My only complaint is the pump mechanism isn't the smoothest out there and the nozzle could come out a bit farther. Newer bottles might have corrected this? All in all if you're looking to switch or try a natural ingredient hand soap this is great.
