5.0 out of 5 stars Talk about a good book....
I read this book a while ago, but it was really good. America's hottest romance writer, Esme Moore, comes to River Heights. But when she publishes her autobiography, someone's out to get her. Nancy, who's become friends with the author, decides to help out. While doing so, she uncovers scandal after scandal - even one involving the author's marriage!

3.0 out of 5 stars well, not bad
I honestly would not rate this as one of Ms.Keene's best. Fans have read better book. Well, here's the story in a nutshell. Nancy goes with Bess, to a conference sort of thing, where Esme Moore, romance novelist, releases a book. Nancy finds out that the novelist is recieving threats, and when she contacts the police, a young detective( Ned's rival!!!) Sam Fanelli shows...

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Kiss and Tell (Nancy Drew Files #104) (Mass Market Paperback)

Speaking of scandals, Nancy is on the verge of her own. When hot detective Sam Fanelli teams up with Nancy on the case, she can't help but notice the chemistry between them. Suddenly, she wants to look nice, be wearing the perfect outfit, and since there are problems between her and Ned, that makes it a perfect time to be interested in someone else. Sam is feeling likewise, and doesn't bother to hide his feelings.

This book was really a good one. I reccomend it to anybody to who is up for a good (maybe a little short) read.

P.S. Please pardon the spelling/gramer errors. It's late in the night.

Nancy finds out that the novelist is recieving threats, and when she contacts the police, a young detective( Ned's rival!!!) Sam Fanelli shows up. Nancy kind of enjoys his company and so on and so forth. As for the plot. i never could guess who did it. It was really sensational. I had to do something totally diffent to get my mind off! I honestly feel that Nancy is taking Ned for granted!!!!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Romance and Mystery all in One, August 10, 2003
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Kiss and Tell (Nancy Drew Files #104) (Mass Market Paperback)
This book is awesome. If you're the kind that go for romance and mystery this book is for you. It's about this romance writer named Esme Moore. She has been receiving death threats and she wants Nancy to stop them, but complications come. This handsome River Heights detective has come to help her on the case. Nancy has to choose between the attractive detective or her long time boyfriend Ned Nickerson. What's she going to do and how is she going to solve the case? I'm not going to tell you. Read it yourself. It will be better than the review I sent.

5.0 out of 5 stars AWESOME IN ROMANCE, AND MYSTERY!!!, June 13, 2003
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Kiss and Tell (Nancy Drew Files #104) (Mass Market Paperback)
I really, really, liked this book. It intwined scandalous romance and mystery together. Nancy Drew is going to meet the hottest romance author in America, but when Esme starts to get nearer and nearer to danger, Nancy decides to help out. Suspects after suspects come and go, but the real culprit will rarely cross your mind as it. Also, Nancy and the young, handsome detective named Sam Fanelli, have sparks- no, not sparks, fire- going on between them in the romantic world. I feel so sorry for Ned.
