This has a great smell, and leaves baby's bum soft. We do general cleanup on baby's buns with a damp cloth wipe, then spritz her and finish with a final wet wipe. Works well with a dry wipe as well if you're on the go, but you would need to use a bit more of the spray if things are messy. I like the smell and feel of this spray better than the California Baby spray, which I'm currently trying out now.

Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion smells great and, though I didn't think it could possibly be true, it really does help clean my baby's bum a lot better than water alone. I highly recommend this product if you are using cloth diapers.

Great for the diaper bag,
This review is from: Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion 4 oz, Spray (Baby Product)
When we cloth diapered, at home I'd use soap and water and a washcloth to wipe my baby's bottom during diaper changes. But out and about that can be difficult to do. I got this and kept it in the diaper bag. Spray the booty, wipe with a washcloth, throw washcloth in the wetbag. Simple.

I really like this spray a lot! It's nice that it's a spray on, because it's easy to apply and I don't get cream stuck under my fingernails! It also works well, the diaper rash on my son goes away fast after I put it on. The scent is also refreshing and not too strong. My son so far has had only very minor diaper rash and not very often so I'm not sure how it work on bad cases, but if it comes up I'll update my review!

Love the light scent-- it cleans gently and quickly removes any small red bumps before they become a problem. It also does not affect the absorbency of our cloth diapers.

I usually use water in a spray bottle and a wipe cloth to clean the baby bottom. But when it comes to cleaning the big job, water doesn't cut it. This product helps to wipe it all clean with one stroke! The mist is very fine, so one push goes on to a large surface evenly and no drips. It's all natural, so it's easy on the sensitive baby skin.

the best ever for little bottoms,

We used Diaper Potion Lotion exclusively through my daughter's first year of life. Wet bottoms and mostly sedentary behavior at this age means lots of possibilities for diaper rash. I heard many horror stories, but using this never had any myself. At 1 and a half we did have a diaper rash and tried to recover using the diaper potion lotion-- by that point it was too late and we had to let the rash run its course.
The spray is perfect keeping moms hands clean and little bottoms from being coated in thick, greasy lotion. We would spray the "lotion" each changing and any time redness appeared. It was a gift from the goddess and you can't beat the smell!

Maybe I just have a sensitive nose, but this stuff reeks. It reminds me of a gas station bathroom that has been doused with pine sol. Maybe I just don't like the scents they used. It seems to work okay, but I just can't get over the smell so this one is not a keeper.

Not Really Necessary,

The spray works great for use with cloth wipes while wiping baby's butt. But, we found that it isn't really needed most of the time and that water seems to work just fine.

My son ended up being highly allergic to this and I was very unhappy. It has a very strong smell also.
