5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome!
Kissaluvs are the best! They keep baby dry while being incredibly breathable. Baby's skin doesn't get red like it does with disposable diapers. Also great for keeping in those wonderful breastmilk poops.

2.0 out of 5 stars Maybe I'm weird, but I prefer prefolds
When we embarked on cloth diapering, I purchased AIOs, Prefolds, and some kissaluvs fitteds and contours.

Honestly? These fitted diapers ended up being my least favorite of the lot. Sure, they are trimmer under clothes than a bulky prefold, but this wasn't a big priority for me. I found myself shoving them to the back of the drawer, and only using them...

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Fitted Diaper, August 3, 2006
This review is from: Kissaluvs Fitted Diaper: Size 1 (13-28 lbs) (Baby Product)
I have used both Kissaluvs size 1 & 2 with my son, from age 6 months - 2 years. He has never leaked! I never had a problem with drying them - perhaps because I live in a dry climate. My husband loves them too, so they are all we used. Buy them new at about $10 each. I used 2 dozen at a time.

My son is such a wiggle worm that I recently bought a few fuzzi bunz pocket diapers. I like them better for his age (2-3 years) because I don't have to wrestle a diaper AND a cover on him. However, they are pricey at $15 each.

I'm having a baby this month and bought a dozen size 0 - I will need at least another dozen - but they grow out of them so quickly. I have heard they are THE best infant diaper. High resale value as well.

I found myself shoving them to the back of the drawer, and only using them when I'd put off laundry too long.

1. They're not as absorbant and prefolds (just less fabric) and when they get wet, they really get soaked, everywhere.
2. I had some trouble getting them tucked nicely under the covers since they come down pretty far on the legs at the sides- as you quickly find out, having a bit of diaper hanging out is bad news since it wicks all over their pants.
3. I found I could get a good fit with an unfastened prefold, making dealing with all the snaps on a diaper (and then fastening a cover over that) an unecessary step for us. Once they start squirming, the faster you can get them off the table, the better!

5.0 out of 5 stars wonderful fit, material and quality--keeps it all contained!, March 12, 2011
This review is from: Kissaluvs Fitted Diaper: Size 1 (13-28 lbs) (Baby Product)
Great quality of material, snaps, and sewing. Made in the usa. Very absorbent and should fit well for the size range stated. It even fit my 8 pounder. Elastic at legs and waist keeps everything in the diaper--better than disposables.

Try them and other kissaluvs diaper products--they make cloth diapering easy! The material washes out very nicely.

3.0 out of 5 stars Awful fit for my daughter, February 4, 2011

I wanted to like these but they did not work for us at all. Before my daughter was born I was so convinced I'd love these that I ordered several in sizes 0, 1, and 2. My daughter is tiny - 10th percentile for both height and weight - and the sizes 1 & 2 were both gaping at her waist but way too tight on her thighs so they didn't last for the weight limits I thought. Also, they hold in the "stink" way more than prefolds (for me resulting in having to strip the diapers, but everyone's washer is different). On the plus side they hold everything in - no blow outs!

Another reviewer mentioned these "keep baby dry" but that is misleading - your baby will still feel wet, unlike a fleece-lined pocket diaper for example.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent diaper at a reasonable price!, October 14, 2010
This review is from: Kissaluvs Fitted Diaper: Size 1 (13-28 lbs) (Baby Product)
I have about 2 dozen of the size 1 diapers that I use on my newborn. He was born big at just about 10lbs, so we skipped the size 0 all together and went straight to the size 1. I love these diapers! They are SO soft and squishy, very important for new baby skin. They wash and wear well and still look great after being used for his brother as well. I highly recommend these if you are looking to get started with cloth.
