If you like quality nature photography/video (and some unusual close up photography of ice crystals being formed) mixed with a great soothing musical score, this is a video for you. The photography is excellent and the music is great (if you like Kitaro). This is right up there with the Windham Hills videos in production quality and music. There is no story just great visuals and music to relax and immerse youself into: After a hard day at work, great to come home, turn down the lights, turn up the sound and enjoy the experience. Soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend this video (I purchased it on laser disc 15 years ago and now have it on DVD).

Kitaro's music is mixed with most beautiful nature scenary in a perfect way. This is the way many of the other Kitaro's DVD should be, not just the concert, but with the most exquisite nature scenary and life events. You can truly see the light of the spirit and the spirit of the light. It is a produce that human civilization can be proud of.

Kitaro's music is illustrated by views of nature and it is done rather good. Though the quality of video is not good enough for DVD, it is quite satisfactory. But with the sound it is a different story: 5.1 mix is awful, so the only option is to listen to stereo track. Well, I've got the CD for more that 10 years, why should I buy DVD? BTW, there is no footage of the maestro himself on this DVD, there are no additional tracks either.
All in all, this DVD is good for those who have no CD and who will listen to stereo track; those who have the CD can save their money.

Best of Kitaro's Video Music ever. Unfortunately the remastering left a lot to be desired, not much better than the Laserdisc version I bought 20 years ago.
