I really like this book - I've used it many times and it's been easy to follow. Just made the quiche recipe and it turned out quite nicely. Plenty of enticing pictures plus basic nutrition info. Highly recommend.

When my husband gave me the beautiful KitchenAid stand mixer (ordered by amazon.com), it came with a little recipe book. I ordered some other books that quite frankly were a waste of money. I called KitchenAid's customer service and they said they used to sell this recipe book, KitchenAid Great Baking and More, but no longer had it for sale. Of course, I found it at amazon.com and this book should be included with every mixer they sell.

It has many recipes, not only for delicious desserts but appetizers, breads and entrees as well. Another book I bought from amazon.com that I would recommend is Meredith Deeds & Carla Snyder's "The Mixer Bible." It has over 300 recipes for your stand mixer. One that I felt was
misleading is one called, "KitchenAid Recipe Collection". I won't send it back because it didn't cost much, around $6.00, but if you're trying to
obtain recipes for your lovely new stand mixer, save your money on this one and invest in Great Baking and More.

This book was a huge disappointment -- I was hoping to find recipes to use with my stand mixer, and did not actually find even one that I'd like to make -- I thought there would be basic bread recipes, classic cakes and cookies -- this seemed so thrown together and random -- not recommended.

This is a good book for people who want to use their KitchenAid mixer more. There are many recipes that the home cook can use and enjoy.

I am pleasantly pleased with this book! I purchased it because I'm getting a Kitchenaide for Christmas and wanted some ideas and tips on how to use it. Nice book!

THIS COOKBOOK ISN'T WHAT I EXPECTED. THE SWEETS ARE TOO MUCH WORK , FOR A QUICK DESSERT.
