Kitchen Art Mini Adjust-A-Burger, I have it for over two years I do not eat Red Meat I make Turkey and Veggie Burgers. The Mini Adjust-A-Burger has three choices of thickness 1 oz., 2 oz. and 3 oz., I prefer to make 2 oz. Patties and they are 3 Inches wide I make many Mini-Burgers. Turkey meat is very Sticky I put a drop of oil on the Mini Adjust-A-Burger and spread it on the top so the Patty will release without any problems, but you know, my favorite is to use a knife and peel the Patty right off because the oil is too messy

I never had any problems I am so used to it and make Patties very fast, you can Check my Posted Pictures and see what I mean. I use Parchment or Wax Paper Squares and I flip the Mini Adjust-A-Burger filled with meat onto a paper square I push down to compress and make the Patty even, then I release it and the Mini Adjust-A-Burger makes Perfectly Patties. I am giving it Five Stars because for me it works Great! ...I think it is just a matter of learning and getting used to it. Check my Pictures, Thank You
