Punk Blues from Finland, September 1, 2006

If you like the Black Keys, you will like the Black River Bluesman and the Cockroach Combo's CD called, "Ants in my Kitchen." There is a lot of R. L. Burnside and Junior Kimbrough in this production. However, it might not be for the traditionalist blues fan because it has a lot of punkishness to it. Add a little Jim Morrison style vocals and you have a winning combination in my opinion.
Very cool stuff.
