I recently purchased this stir fry pan and it is a great one for the price. It is heavy (which is good because it conducts heat evenly) and holds enough food to make stir fry for 4 people. The handles stay cool so you can hold them while cooking. It's flat bottom is great for my electric smooth surface range. And it cleans up very very easily with just a couple drops of liquid dishwashing detergent.

I got this item as a gift & came back looking for more pieces because I loved the quality. I have had no issues with scratching as noted in above review & I have really used this pan.

This pan was a Christmas gift, and I was very impressed with it! It is a sturdy pan that is very non-stick! The handle doesn't get hot while cooking. Overall, I think it's a great product!

great quality. non stick is works well. It was a replacement for our worn out 13.5inch wok. I would have preferred the 13.5inch, but had trouble finding it. this was an adequate replacement, but thought it might be a tad small when cooking large quantities for more people.

some negative from a personal preference standpoint;
1) weight- a bit heavy when holding with one hand.
2) the loop handle can get a little warm, can hold, but not prolonged
3) I had to buy this because the non-stick surface of my previous wok from the same maker wore out. ( because I was too rough with the cleaning) so follow instructions on the appropriate cleaning techniques

I purchased this pan yesterday and was very impressed. The handles do not get hot and and food cooks in no time flat. I would highly recommend for any occasion.

Seems like a pretty decent pan thus far. The Calphalon has not come off at high temps, seems just dandy for stir-fryin'.

After my husband used this pan once it was all scratched up. At first I blamed him becaues he used a metal spoon to on the pan which can be a bad thing. But then after washing it a few times (by hand, mind you), I noticed that even the rough side of the sponge stratches it!
