5.0 out of 5 stars A must have, June 28, 2007
This review is from: The Kitchen Grimoire Volume 1 (Ring-bound)
I bought these books some months ago and I love them. I go to these books first when I want to look up something to cook. I have all 5. It's a great deal for such wonderful info, she has really put her heart into the books. I just did a BBQ with my friends and her food was Awesome, the Mango BBQ sauce was a favorite. She also has some wonderful tea blends, and so much more.

The Kitchen Grimoire set is a wonderful set whether you are a kitch witch or just looking for a great set of cook books. Not only do they provide a broad array of recipes, but they are fun to read and browse through. I highly recommend purchasing the entire set. It's a kitchen witch's must have!

I bought all five of these cookbooks, so I am going to rate them here all at once. First of all, I just got these, so I have only had a chance to skim parts of the cookbooks; but, from what I can tell, they are perfect for someone like me, whose cooking experience extends to being able to boil water. The directions are concise, but detailed enough that I think I could cook any of these dishes and have a wonderful meal prepared. Now all I need are ingredients and some people to invite over to be my guinea pigs. The recipes are not just food, though. There are recipes to make healing oils, children's sidewalk chalk, beauty treatments, etc. (and I'm just scratching the surface). For example, if you've ever wondered what is in Four Thieves of Vinegar oil--it's in here. There's also advice on how to make your life more magical and herbal medicine recommendations, which I appreciate. I have seen many of these recipes in other places, but not all in one set of books; so I would highly recommend these to anyone who loves cooking and especially to anyone who loves magic(k). They're worth every penny!
