not for flat stoves,

I only rated this 2 stars because it isn't designed for a flat stovetop. The large can itself isn't flat on the botton (not even close) so no or little heat will transfer to the metal, ultimately to the water. If that tidbit had been listed in the product features I would have kept shopping for one that was flat on the bottom.
