After many months of using these bags, they perform extremely well. We've never had a leak or tear of any kind. They are easy to remove and replace. We put part of a newspaper inside on the bottom to soak any liquids that may be put into the compactor. That way I often empty the bag into our normal trash can and re-use the bag because it doesn't wear out or get soiled. Helps keep the bag cost down. INFO: Although I ordered "DisPozIt" brand bags, I received "Kitchen Master" brand. Upon researching, was told the company making the dispozit bags sold their operation, and the company taking it over changed only the name. They use the same materials, procedures, and machines to make them.

I bought these as an inexpensive option for my new Kennmore trash compactor. These bags fit in perfectly (look almost exactly like the sample bag I got with the compactor) and work great.

This is a quality product and just what I was looking for since my local department stores do not stock it. I find that the paper compactor bags are much stronger than the plastic. The price was very reasonable so I ordered in quantity. I highly recommend this product.

the bags were what I needed but I should have checked Costco-they had them at considerable lower prices without shipping. However, Costco cannot be trusted to always have the bags in stock.

The #2800 12 Pack Paper Compact Bags made by GILMAN PAPER CO and sold through Amazon.com by Denny and Kathy's Superstore, function great in my Kenmore trash compactor. The price, quality and delivery of this order were right on time. I will purchase this product again.

Bought these for an older Kenmore. Packaging was clear, not white as pictured, but no other complaints. I think these work better than the Kennmore brand kraft bags. I have not noticed these bags starting to leak through by the end of the week, they hold up better, and are easier to handle. My only wish was that there was some way to close these rather than folding over-they do NOT stay that way. They are also very heavy when full. I usually slide them into a regular kitchen garbage bag (30gal) and use that to keep the contents in. We only go to the dump about once a month, so it is important that the garbage stays in the bag. I have not tried the plastic compactor bags as I am not sure they will hold up-our compactor is probably 20 years old.
