Prior review just not fair to the product
While I understand and sympathize with the reviewer's problems with Amazon, the vendor, and UPS, a one star review of a product that was never received is just not fair. I wanted to buy this product and came here looking for helpful reviews as I always do and I leave with no relevant information about the product at all. I don't know if I will buy it or...

POOR SERVICE FOR THIS ITEM!!!!
"Whoever decides to order this product; from the seller or Amazon. THINK TWICE! NOT A JOKE!! I ordered a microwave hutch which was 29.00lbs. The carrier used UPS. They already have a very bad reputation so I've heard My shipment was suppose to arrive on Feb. 9 today is Feb.25 I still DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE! The carrier UPS lost it, how do you lose a 29lbs package Bad damn...

While I understand and sympathize with the reviewer's problems with Amazon, the vendor, and UPS, a one star review of a product that was never received is just not fair.I wanted to buy this product and came here looking for helpful reviews as I always do and I leave with no relevant information about the product at all. I don't know if I will buy it or not. Hopefully other people who purchased it can post useful reviews about THE PRODUCT. I have purchased hundreds of products from Amazon and Ebay and haven't had the problems with UPS the reviewer had. I don't like UPS either but having an unfortunate mishap with a product delivery should not prevent people from purchasing online on this or any other reputable website.
