I was about to buy the peeler... alone. This 2 pack is great. The peeler is a pleasure to use and the zester works just as well. I especially love the oversized handles on the kitchenaid stuff. It wouldn't surprise me if this was the last peler I ever have to purchase.

I really like the sturdy and heavieness to these tools made from Kitchenaid. It's also gotten me addicted to buying my kitchen gadgets from Kitchenaid. I highly recommend these tools from Kitchenaid. They produce high quality products.

I haven't had a chance to use the zester yet, but the peeler sure ain't a piece of tin from Wal-Mart. I never dreamed that they made gadgets like this. It is incomparable. It took me a little time to get used to the partially hidden blade, but once I overcame this, the peeler just glides over the potato casting the peeling to the side. It works much easier and much faster than anything I have used before. I was disappointed that I could not find a red one, but this one works so well that I have just about forgotten all about it. It is extremely useful for getting into the crevices of irregular shaped potatoes. Potatoes seem to be of rather poor quality right now, but with this peeler, bad places are removed with ease. I am thoroughly satisfied with the peeler, and I recommend it highly to anyone to add a fine gadget to their kitchen.

I really like this peeler. I haven't used the zester so I can't comment on it, but the peeler is nice. It stays sharp and works great. I also have an XOX peeler and this one is much better.

I bought this about a year ago, even though I already own two other peelers. I've just never been happy with our other peelers though. They were both grocery store bought and they're just too skinny and wobbly. My hands would always ache after a short time. Peeling carrots for juice was basically torture. Well, not anymore! This thing is like the Cadillac of peelers. I can zip through a bag of carrots in no time at all. I even use it for peeling potatoes, which I'd always used a knife before. My mom fell in-love with it too, and I wound up buying the set for her for Christmas. The zester is also very nice. I've become very fond of Kitchen Aid's gadgets. They cost a little more, but I have found them to be rugged plus they feel good in your hands.

Great duo! Both pieces are ultra-sturdy, nice looking, and weighted. Have a feeling of quality. Not only that, but they work well! The peeler..uh... peels like a little jewel... much better than standard ones, and ditto for the zester. Great f/grating (pun intended!), and the decorative zesting section works well also. I enjoy scoring lemons f/tea, and vegts. f/salads. For the $$, you can't go wrong!

This KitchenAid peeler is the BEST one that I have ever used!! I have used several peelers, recently electric ones which had been better than the cheap ones in the past. I happened to find a set like this one on sale, so I thought I would try it. Let's say that I now have two, and will always use it as long as KitchenAid makes it. I haven't used the zester that much, but I got good results with it also. One more thing: anyone who has arthritis in his or her hands like I do, this duo is perfect!

I have a perfectly fine peeler and zester. I saw these in a department store and immediately fell in love with them. The color of course is gorgeous and they feel hefty and durable. I liked that the peeler has a little plastic cover for the blades. When these were delivered I immediately found something to use them on. They feel great in your hand (I have very small hands). The peeler does what it's supposed to efficiently and it is easy to clean. I like this zester as opposed to the ones with no handle as I have a tendency to zest myself. Did I mention that this is a great deal?
