1.0 out of 5 stars Kitchen Sense For Disabled People, November 16, 2008
This review is from: Kitchen Sense for Disabled People (Paperback)
I was disappointed in this book. What I had wanted was a colourful, interesting book with recipes that a disabled person could enjoy making safely. The book is outdated and dull although there are some good tips in it. The kitchen equipment described is out of date.
I realise that this book was first published in 1968. There is a great need for an updated cookery book with easy steps that can be used by people with differing disabilities. I was looking for something for a friend with cerebral palsy.
