Disappointing Kitchen serving cart,

This was a very disappointing purchase. The wheels rotate and roll in your hand but when you try to push the cart, they don't roll. They just slide across the floor like a stationery object. There were spots where the white rubberized coating was chipped off and on the handle it was scratched up all the way across and rusty. When we put the wheels in, the rubberized coating peeled away from the metal. It's too wobbly for the intended purpose (transporting a coffee carafe and coffee cups) so it is sitting in a closet unused.

This cart is sturdy but small. It was not the size I needed so I gave it away to a new bride.
