Just a pretty cookie mold. Made them for Christmas and I got many requests to make them for parties and other occasions. Great product, made well. A new family heirloom!!

We purchased these to supplement our Christmas cookie baking. Product came as described and was of good quality. Following the directions I promptly seasoned the irons. I read a review of a separate set of Kitchen Supply Rosette Irons where in the buyer had a difficult time getting the rosettes off of the iron. This likely was due to improper seasoning or variation in the recipe. When the directions are followed the rosettes turn out very nicely. Also a tip we found to make things easier was to have two separate pans: one for bringing the irons up to the requisite temperature and one for frying the rosettes. Enjoy!

I have a growing collection of rosette irons, and these were a great winter addtion to them. And it is alway nice to have an extra handle lying around to do multiple shapes with the same batch of batter.
