Editorial Reviews

From Library Journal

First there was Rosie (In the Kitchen with Rosie: Oprah's Favorite Recipes, LJ 5/15/94). Now there's the inimitable Miss Piggy. The recipes hardly matter, but they include Lobster with Three Sauces from John Travolta, Spicy Chicken from Liz Taylor, and Norman Schwarzkopf's Sour Cream Peach Pie, all with notes and tips from the esteemed "Moi." Some of the profits will go to Citymeals on Wheels. Expect demand.

This is the funniest cookbook you'll ever read, and the recipes are not half bad either...like strawberry champagne sherbert balls! Miss Piggy has something funny to say about all the big name celebs in the book. (Like Whoopi Goldberg is the only person she knows to have her own line of cushions named after her!) This is a great gift idea, too.

The inimitable Miss Piggy calls in favors to let us peek into
the kitchens of her rich and famous friends. Heavens, she is
one popular pig!!! Her friends share recipes and cooking tips.
However, even Miss Piggy can become speechless when faced with a recipe
that involves, dare we say it, "pork." She's her ever-lovely
self, gracing almost every page with her portrait and
comments. Charming!

Miss Piggy and her celebrity friends share their favorite recipes. I loved the photos of high society's favorite sow with her Hollywood chums.
