We ordered the product and had it sent to my brother's place in California because that kind of high end technology can't be sent to Canuckistan by mail. They received a lid instead of the food pusher, but upon inquiry from me to Amazon on how to return the wrong item and get the right item, I received a quick response from the vendor: an apology and a promise to send the correct item forthwith, which they did. No hassle, no fuss. I was very pleased with the service, and the food pusher works as it should. No more splatter around the kitchen for me!

Item is just what I needed. Packed well and shipped in a timely manner. I use a KitchenAid Food Processor very heavily and have just ordered a new bowl and cover as well as the pusher. I am happy to be able to get the parts for my processor even though it is an older model.
