This KitchenAid Scraper is superb! It cuts through even the thickest dough like butter. It is very well made and sturdy, the handle is large and the blade is also a ruler. This scraper can also chop and is great for lifting up what you chop. It is also very easy to clean! Highly recommended!

This is another great product for a great price from KitchenAid. Very easy to clean, dishwasher safe, composite handle. It also has measurements which have come in more handy than I originally thought.

My only complaint is that the blade/scraper is about 1/2 inch to shallow. Due to the sturdy and easy to clean handle, it is bigger than other board scrapers, and ultimately cuts into the size of 'blade' or 'scraper'. Result, you do not get as clean of a cut when dealing with rising doughs.

All in all a great product. A new favorite tool in my kitchen.

I spend so much time watching the Food Network ~ and the way they all deftly scoop up their chopped foods with those HUGE knives to transfer them into the pan. So I had decided I wanted one of these "thingies" a long time ago, but (having had NO idea what they would be called), I just kept day-dreaming. Then one day I happened to come across one and promptly came to Amazon to order myself one. I do love it ~ every bit as much as I thought I would. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars instead of 4 was the fact that it never occurred to me that I could have bought and used a "putty knife" from the hardware store for a LOT less money!!! And I'm usually the kind who thinks of those sorts of substitutions. Oh well ~ this one works great and IS a whole lot prettier!
