I ordered this item during the Xmas shipping season fully expecting to have to wait a couple extra days to see it, but I got it one day earlier than expected. GREAT job Amazon!!!!!!!!!!!

I havent had a chance to use it but have gone over it and must say this unit is quite as they come, just a humming when running no banging or clanging.

Mine came with the 12 cup bowl, 5 cup mini bowl, juicer and storage case, a handy item. The finish and fit of the parts is very good, has a longer than normal power cord. I got this on sale for a great price, a full $110 lower than even Wal-Mart. I had to watch several sites for this deal but it was worth the time a effort.

When I get to use this I will report on it.

12-18-05 I have now had this item for about a week and a half. I have used it to mix cheesecake batter, grind meats and make salsa. I continue to be pleased with this item. The only thing I need to get used to is that the bowl is smaller than a mixers and overflowed with the cheesecake batter, not the machines fault. When chopping the meat it took 30 sec or less to grind 1.25 lbs of beef to texture a little corser than what you get in the super market (i like it this way).
It seems I have a machine that will do what I need and more. A all around machine.

UPDATE 3/27/07,
Still going strong. I do most everything in this processor. Of late salsas have been made in this from mild to hot from chunky to smooth (for salsa anyway, if you want very smooth youll need a blender of some sort).
I am still in love with all KitchenAid products. 5 stars!

As I searched for the right food processor, I found the 12 cup Model for $129.99 on Amazon - WHAT A GREAT PRICE!!! Of course, my buying action was fast because I couldn't even find it this low on eBay! The delivery was very fast - ordered and delivered within 3 days!

I was a bit disappointed with the $6 wrapping job. I expected wrapping paper, but I got a large blue fiber gift bag with green ribbon.

The box was a factory version - brown with FOOD PROCESSOR - on the each side. It was not the traditional KitchenAid box - like you would buy a local retail store.

But this machine is SO GREAT! I am very excited about moving from my little 3 cup FP to this very large 12 cup - oh, the jobs that I can do with this powerhouse! I will be able to make salsas and sauces in one batch, not three!

To sum it up..

This is a qvc model in a kitchenaid brown box, the item is in a white oem style box. So don't expect a retail box with the picture on it.

There is a slip explaining this is an exclusive QVC model and what parts are in there but the book is the standard book. For people that complain about that, cry about it... They shouldn't have to reprint the entire manual just for that.. Thats why they come with notices.

I had ordered this machine as a gift for my niece. The price was good $104.99. It should be delieved on Dec 23. We were waiting and waiting then holiday came and went still nothing... Finally, on Jan 2nd I Email Amazon asking them to check where my order it. They automatic gave me the refund. I didn't want the refund. I wanted them to track where my stuff. I called UPS. They said the box still in their facility. They can't help me because I already got my refund(I just paid my credit card's bill). UPS asked me to call Amazon to help me for the tracking. I sent them Email twice begging them to track my stuff. I've the responds right away to say that sorry your package was not arrived. It may get lost on delievery. That was it. They don't care. I am a new customer but in few weeks I bought few things from them already and refered my friend and family to Amazon. That what they thank me for be a good customer.
