I ordered these filters and the description was for 10-12 cup Kitchenaid coffee maker. They send the 10 cup filters and I have a 12 cup coffee maker. I didn't think this should make any difference since the filter fit just fine, but when I put 8 cups of water in the coffee maker the filter floats and I cannot figure out how to make it stay in place.

I needed the 14 cup filters and typed that part # into the search field (KCM54WF)....these came up so I ordered them. When received, they were part # KCM50WF, and are for the 10 cup coffee maker. So be careful because they are incorrectly coming up if you search for the 14 cup ones. I now have to return them and pay additional shipping because of website error.

The product was advertised for a 10 - 14 cup coffee maker, it is ONLY a 10 cup - TOO SMALL for 14 cup maker had to take the filter out of the unit and use the OLD filter holder. I did not receive what I thought was discribed. I would advise DO NOT PURCHASE THIS product if you have a 14 cup coffee maker.

I have the 10-Cup Java Studio coffee maker and can not locate these filters anywhere local. KitchenAid no longer offers them on their website and I so wish that I had ordered more than one set from Amazon. Bed, Bath & Beyond which only sells them online at $5.99 each is now out of stock as well.

Hard to find item that Amazon made easy to find. They fit like a charm.

Did not realize that there are different filters for 10, 12, and 14 cup coffee pots. I needed filters for 14 cup and got filters for the 10 cup pot. I think they can be made to work, but they will not tell me when the water reservoir is full as they are intended. They'll work okay.

My items were delivered in new condition as promised. I had had trouble locating this item and was thankful to be able to buy it.

I had had a difficult time finding this product even though I tried the department store where I bought my coffee maker, Target, Bath & Body Works, and WalMart. The cost of the year's supply, even with shipping, was less than the on-line price directly from the manufacturer. My order arrived before promised. I could not be happier with my purchase.

They are what they are...water filters. But I will say they did make my coffee taste better. I believe that it is recommended that you replace this filter every 3 months so stock up!

The product I ordered was shipped withing 24 hours and I received exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. What more can one ask for from a vendor?
