i own the red set which i have had for about one year. i purchased an 11 piece set back then. our home burned down but we were able to salvage some items from the kitchen, these were one of those items.
this is a set that you will use and will love to use. stay cool handles. the weight of each pan feels so good when you cook. every size of pan is used and we are 3 in our family.
great quality and clean up is easy...pans stay true red and i don't see any cooking stains on the pans yet.
these are worthy of a 5 star rating.

The pans work great. But KitchenAid warns that if you have a ceramic cooktop, the pans will fuse to the surface if accidentally left on the stove after water has boiled away. I am still using them, but being more careful, especially when cooking rice or other items where the liquid may cook away quicker than you expect. Also they are not dishwasher safe, maybe because of the handles. KitchenAid needs to get their act together and make these pans more user friendly.

I received a blue set for Christmas and I love them. The stay cool handles really stay cool, even if you are cooking something for a long time. They are beautiful and Iloev the way they feel. My Caphalon pans are now collecting dust in the back of the cupboard becuase I like these so much more.

I just recived my new pans. They are not ceramic interior. They are your basic non stick. Every web site will tell you ceramic, I called KitchenAid and was told that is a non stick interior. If you are looking for true ceramic interior pans do not buy these.
