Easy on the eye and the pocketbook!, December 28, 2005
This review is from: KitchenAid Five-Ply Stainless-Steel Clad 7-Piece Cookware Set (Kitchen)
I have a few pieces of All Clad, which cook well, but have small handles with a sharp edge, which makes picking up the pan a little precarious. All Clad also costs three times as much as Kitchenaid. I bought the set in time to do all my holiday cooking. From sauteing onions for the stuffing, boiling caramels to 256 degrees and boiling down the turkey carcass, I was blown away. These pans are world class performers. They are beautiful to look at, well balanced, and have large well formed handles. I could not be more proud of how I spent my money or more pleased with the way these pans perform. This will be the last set of cookware you will ever buy.

As good as Viking, 1/3 the cost ! ! !, November 7, 2007

I am a professional cook, and I only cook with stainless for health benefits. Kitchen Aid has succeeded in creating a line of pans that rival the high end brand Viking......Viking is the industry leader in stainless steel ware. But they grossly overcharge. Thank you kitchen aid for providing us with stainless ware that will last forever, and doesn't break the bank. Keep in mind that, yes these are expensive, but you will NEVER have to buy another pan again. Your friends will be impressed, and you can join me in making fun of Viking for its unreasonable prices......THANKS KITCHEN AID ! ! ! !
