Product Description

The deep sides of this grill pan reduce stovetop splatter when searing steaks or grilling burgers. The cooking surface has raised ridges to give foods the characteristic marks of grilled foods. I gave this to my son and his apartment-mates at college so they would have an effective way to grill steaks/chops/burgers. Does a MUCH better job than a George Foreman for this purpose. Very durable.
