KitchenAid Gourmet Essentials cookware is an excellent product line. We just added this item to the rest of our set. The hard anodized construction heats evenly, handles are rivited on and have soft silicone rubber grips (eliminates a pot holder). The non-stick surface is superior when it comes to cleaning. Food particles rinse off easily with warm soapy water and swish of a sponge or dishrag. NOT recommended for dishwashers and NEVER use an NON-STICK spray on the cooking surface. You won't be dis-satisfied with this cookware!!

I am really happy with the purchase. First of all, it was for a great price... the product is great.... no oil is necessary, cleaning is really easy... great to make crepes.. i love this product... I am planning to buy another one for my mother...

This is a pan that is exclusively used by my husband for cooking breakfast. It works exactly as advertised. Easy to clean and easy to use. It is comparable to pans with a price tag three or four times higher.

After much searching and research, I decided to purchase the Kitchenaid Gourmet Essentials Hard Anodized Nonstick 12" round Griddle. Both my husband and I are very pleased with the performance as well as the end result of pancakes/bacon/toasted cheese sandwiches, etc. We have a smooth,glass top stove...so just be careful not to scoot the griddle...but only pick it up to move it around. And, medium heat is all you need to heat up for cooking with this wonderful griddle. If you go too high, the griddle will warp. This griddle heats evenly which our other griddles did not. Make sure you use only utensils for nonstick cookware. It's a dream to clean up by hand. I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher...it really doesn't need to be in there. Don't use abrasives on it either...unnecessary. I highly recommend this griddle, and you'll be glad that you purchased it for sure. If you take care of it like I have recommended, it'll last forever:)

I bought this griddle 2 weeks back and I started using it since then. The griddle lived upto, if not more than, my expectations. I used it mainly for making Indian Crepes (dosas). The food doesn't stick to the griddle and also the dosa comes out cripier without using much oil, this is a great advantage for me. Last but not least, cleaning it up is a breeze. I always used to wonder why Kitchen Aid products are so expensive, but after using this griddle I fell in love with the brand. I may try their other products too.

First time using hard-anodized cookware and I couldn't be more pleased with this product. KitchenAid can be hit or miss in terms of quality but buying this along with their 12 piece set has made cooking and cleaning up an absolute breeze.

I tested this griddle by burning some eggs on it and they came off the bottom of the pan with no effort, just had to swirl around the part that connects the handle to the pan a few times to get the rest.

The griddle works very good but I have to be very careful when using it on my glass top cooking surface the heat transfer is awesome. I've had to adjust the heat to lower levels because of this. Works great!

This is the perfect complement to the Kitchenaid Gourmet Essentials Hard Anodized 12 Piece Cookware Set. In fact, this addition made the set complete.

The griddle matches the large stock skillet in size, and the glass lid from the set will work on the griddle.

Kithenaid has always been an outstanding product line. This griddle will not disappoint.

Love this griddle. The handle is so comfortable. We have used this pan for pancakes, sandwiches, searing vegetables and so much more! This griddle heats evenly and so far has not warped at all. We like it so much, that we have bought other pieces. We highly recommend this griddle.

Not attractive, but does its job. The SO prefers this more than myself for eggs and other misc items.
