I just got the Analon version $10...same size etc. Beautiful.

With all due respect to the first reviewer....Au Gratin dishes are generally baked....in an oven . For those not familiar with this type of dish....try Google for recipes. Some of my fave dishes have been Au Gratin. Nice way to entertain....four of these along with (4 friends/family) salad a little wine , dessert and Happy Happy Happy.

All my regular cookware is Calphalon, so I am used to higher end cookware. These mini au gratins fit that expectation. The nonstick surface is very heavy duty. Even crusted on food will wipe away easily with just a short dip in hot water.

Another thing I love about these is being able to make individual portions & tailor each one to suit each taste. These are even cute enough to serve from. We use these for so many different dishes from scampi to potatoes au gratin to mac & cheese & even individual pot pies.

For those who complain about the size of these pans, what part of MINI do you not understand? I actually think they are very generously portioned. You can't blame the product or amazon.com for your failure to read what you are buying. I am very pleased with my purchase & think it is an excellent value for the price.

They're not *that* small, they're 5" wide by 7" long, which is pretty decent size.

I use them for re-heating veggies and baking individual pieces of fish.

These little guys are perfect for those who live alone (or just 2 people)... you can bake a filet of fish or breast of chicken with all of the seasonings and you don't have to dirty (and therefore clean) a big baking dish. Also cook some minute rice in a small sauce pan and you're in business, no more TV dinners because you hate to dirty too many dishes on small amounts of food.

WARNING! They will discolor, though only slightly, if you put them in the dishwasher. The non-stick is excellent so they clean easily but I absent-mindedly did it one morning in a hurry. They are a non-glossy maroon now instead of glossy red, no big deal.

These are heavy pans and make nice mac and cheese dishes with a nice crust.

I made a shrimp Au gratin dish for me and a guest. They made a wonderful presentation sizzling hot right out of the oven. Great for single serves.

Just two in the set? I think I'll order more! You can spend 5 times more for this quality or smile to yourself and say "Ooh what a deal!"

And yes this is strictly ovenware.

I love these au gratin pans. They're great for individual servings. I even bake fish in them. I have 8 of them. I use them alot when I have guests for dinner and when I give them they're own little dish they love it. Also if you don't have the Kitchen Aid mini pots like these you should purchase them also. I also have 8 of those. I always get compliments on them. I even purchased a few sets for my family.

I used these right away and continue to enjoy them.Just the right size for the two of us.You can do very many different and amazing side dishes, as well as main dish serving size creations.

I have two children that have special diet needs, I use these pans for them. It is easy to make personal portions. I like the quality of them. I Recommend them.

I love these mini bakers. They are good for many items and can go into the oven up to 500 degrees.

These are a great size for a single or a couple when cooking.
