I think this is probably a very good book for those interested in baking using their KitchenAid mixer. I was looking for whole grain bread recipes so I missed the mark with this book.

When i bought this, I did so just for more in decent recipes, but I really like the information at the end of each recipe that has Calories, Fat, Sodium, Carbs. I actually then decide if I want to modify the ingredients to change the values.
