This is a top quality item, with a huge cooking capacity and top-of-the-line non-stick surface! And I don't want to every own another large skillet without the 'helper handle' that this one has! I highly recommend this skillet for everyone! (One minimal shortcoming: The beautiful bright color will fade out if soaked in water for too long.)

I purchased this product as a gift, and it turned out to be absolutely wonderful. The color is a beautiful red which matched the kitchen. It is large, easy to clean, and the best feature is the extra handle.

I bought this pan for my wife because we needed a bigger pan and this is a great size! Last night I used it for the first time making Cheese Steak Sandwhich's and it did an awesome job. Cranked the heat up on high, sliced the steak into thin strips and threw in the pan and let it cook, used metal tongs without fear of scratching the non-stick. I then threw in the green peppers and onion and cooked it, threw in some Dales Steak Seasoning and a little water and tossed the steak and veggies again. Everything came out perfect, nothing stuck and food was excellent. I then took the mixture out and put it on buns, put some cheese on top and threw in the oven briefly to melt the cheese faster. Clean up was a breeze since nothing stuck to it and pan looks as good as new! Fantastic food, a great pan!

I love the color and absolutely love my mixer of the same color so I bought the cookware to match. Well, it did not hold up like I would expect. After over a year of use the non-stick coating is flaking off. I already had to throw out the smaller skillet that matched this one because of the same problem. Very disappointing. I had very high hopes for this skillet. If not for the flaking I would have loved it (even with the discoloration as another reviewer mentioned).

**Update**I finally had to throw it away a few months ago. The worst skillet I've ever bought. The ONLY good things about it were the handles.
