I am SO in love with my KitchenAid grill pan. Nothing sticks to it! Believe me, I've given it lots of opportunities to let me down, and it always comes through. I've made steak fajitas, grilled chicken, salmon fillets - all cooked perfectly, quickly and with those great grill marks to boot! Clean up is easy, too. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves cooking. A great buy!

I have been getting into watching The Food Network and many of the hosts use these grill pans for cooking everything from salmon to steaks. This pan seemed reasonably priced and of good quality so I ordered it. After washing it and preparing to use it to cook dinner, I then happened to read the fine print on the inside of the cardboard labeling. Do Not Use on Glass Smoothtop Electric Ranges as pan MAY FUZE TO COOKTOP. Not a good thing, so I returned it. Looked like it would work nicely for all other types of cooktops though.

I like good cookware, and own mostly Calphalon products. So, when I decided to try the Kitchen Aid, I wasn't expecting the quality of a high-end cooking utensil. Well, I am very impressed, and pleasantly surprised. Cooks evenly, easy clean up, and the red color is perfect. Highly recommend.

I used this pan to sear Filet Mignon at very high heat. It heats very quickly. The grill marks are unusual (circular).

For this money it is a superior buy.

It cleaned up in a jiffy with no effort.

this pan is a super addition to my cookware.

a grill pan is SUPER important if you are cooking meat indoor. my steaks always looked grey and weird, but now they look tasty! and taste better! just sprinkle salt & pepper (and, for even more flavor, add some chopped garlic to each side of the steak) and it will be as good as if you had grilled it outdoors! and it leaves beautiful marks (especially if you don't move it a lot during cooking.)

also, it is SO SO SO SO easy to clean, everything just wipes/rinses off. I have never had anything stick to this pan.

a cast iron grill pan is also important, as the heat capacity of cast iron is better for things like cold hamburgers/steaks, but a nonstick pan is essential for delicate items like fish. also, you could not deglaze a cast iron pan (the acidity hurts the seasoning) so if you wanted to deglaze this pan is better. (although nothing sticks so there is no fond!)

This is the best grill pan i've had. i got a George forman grill when i signed up for student checking account 3years ago and i gave it away. I actaully stopped making burgers at home because that thing squeezed out the juice and made the outside of the burger hard with the inside looking "iffy".

I can tell you this is a whole LOT BETTER than the George Foreman Grill. i got some burgers today when i went grocery shopping and i savored every little bit of it. This grill pan is 100% non stick and i just love it. I don't have to go to five guys again and pay 6 bucks for a burger. I ended up eating two of the burgers i made, i wanted to save it but it was soo good. it did get the juice out but my burger wasn't dry, it really tasted very good. I'm still wondering where this pan has been these past years when i was being stressed out in college. I really coulda used it then but as a new grad, it's a perfect investment.It's soo worth the 20 bucks i'll pay more for it.
oh, and cleaning is a BREEZE! A little soap and some hot water and i was good to go. This is perfect for anyone who lives in an apartment and can't grill outside but loves to cook. I'm sure it'll be perfect for college students and anyone else.
I love this pan and i look forward to savoring other dishes i'll grill in the days and months and years to come.

UPdate: Turkey burgers don't have much juice like hamburgers but they turned out great with this grill pan and they tasted really good. And nothing stuck....amazing!

I've had several types of grill pans. This one has great features--cool touch handle, oven safe, and a very good price.

This pan is great! Even cooking and easy to clean. I loved it so much I bought each on my children one and they love it!

Surprisingly this was a great purchase for the price..... I have a very expensive set of cookware and this is BETTER than the frying pans that came with the set.

Tried this pan on chicken breasts and ribeye steaks, was really surprised and delighted on how well this pan grilled these items.

I heated the pan on medium high and applied a very light layer of olive oil. The heat setting was probably a bit too high so was turned down after flipping the meat. Shook the pan intermittently to prevent sticking.

Both the breasts and steaks turned out beautifully, we like our steak medium rare and the results were fantastic, the entire steak was perfect, no well done edges nor uncooked center. Chicken breasts were perfect, they were marinated and were juicy but not underdone.

The pan is very lightweight, cleaned easily with soapy water. Will be doing a lot more grilling with this pan, I'm very happy with the results.
