3.0 out of 5 stars not what I expected
I too have had trouble with cookies sticking to this "no-stick" pan. My biggest issue is that these cookie sheets are quite heavy. I tend to remove from the oven with just 1 hand. Their weight makes that a challenge! If I had arthritis, Carpal Tunnel, or some handicap, these would be quite unmanageable.

I ordered this it bakes beautifully. I bought it because sometimes I don't want to make a huge batch of cookies (we tend to eat how many we make!) The cookies cooked more evenly than on any other pan I've owned (including my expensive calphalon insulated cookie sheets) and then simply slid off the open side of the pan. The pan does sit flat in the oven even though the top is slanted.

I liked it so much that I have now bought the two larger sizes and given my old calphalon cookie sheets to my daughter. They work well, but I like these better.

While I was ordering gifts for Christmas I needed to get one more item to qualify for free shipping. I picked the KitchenAid 13" baking sheet without giving it much thought. I was so pleasantly surprised when it arrived. I absolutely love it. I baked the best Christmas cookies ever. No burning or sticking at all. I am going to buy a couple more. It is the best cookie sheet I have ever owned.

4.0 out of 5 stars Makes great cookies..., November 15, 2005

I love the pan for cookies, but that is all I have used it for. They slide right off; however, the pan is heavy and slightly awkward to handle when hot.

I have alot of cookie sheets. In my collection I have calaphon, wilton , kaiser etc. I bought 4 of these cookie sheets. They are a great size. I can fit all 4 into my oven at one time. They are a little heavier then I would like. with the use of a siilcone sheet I have made some great cookies. I have had these for about 4 months and used them quite a bit for the holidays and they still look new.

1.0 out of 5 stars Does non-stick refer to the packaging?, February 28, 2005
This review is from: KitchenAid 13-Inch Cookie Sheet (Kitchen)
Everything sticks to these pans! I cannot get OFF the potato residue and I'm probably just going to throw them away.

They are awkwardly heavy. They do not warp, but they do pop out of shape (this happens when the pans are in the oven and you'll hear a very loud, scary pop).

Just awful.

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews. I've had this cookie pan for quite some time and have yet to experience any problems with it. I love the way I can just tilt the pan and the cookies slide right off onto the plate/cooling rack!
