I love the case for all the extra pieces on the food processor. It is so much quieter than my last processor. I also like the small insert bowl inside the larger capacity one. It will come in very handy for smaller chores or making baby food for the grandchildren I don't have yet. (I plan on this machine lasting many years.) I especially like the return policy for Kitchen Aid. If anything goes wrong they will send a new processor, and you return the defective one in the box you just received. Also I got my $20.00 rebate within a week. Much better than that 6 - 8 weeks wait. Very pleased, and I wish I had bought this sooner.
