I bought 2 of these pans and have used them 3 times and they are still is like new. You do not need paper muffin cups, I sprayed it with PAM and the muffins pop right out. This is much better than the silicone pan I tried which worked the first time then after that, everything stuck even if it was sprayed with PAM. They are very heavy compared to the cheaper brands, I have a feeling because of how durable they feel that that will be around a long time.

I have used KitchenAid products for many years but have never tried KitchedAid II. I am very pleased! The quality of this item is amazing, especially for the price.

They refused to accept my emails via Amazon so I had to go to the credit card to put a stop payment on the charge.
