These videos are just what I have been hoping to find as far as learning to cook. As someone who has been developing a recent interest in cooking it is so nice to be able to see the techniques on screen. I am a big fan of "active learning" where the student, that would be me, can watch and do. Kitchen Cue's holistic approach to learning cooking skills just works!

While it may not be quite the same as interacting at a cooking class it is about as close as you will get to the real thing while staying home.

These dvds are highly recommended, no hesitation. I want the rest of them.

I started cooking a few years ago. I dvr every food show to try to learn techniques/methods. I've bought [or been gifted with] 27 how to books. I also have several dvd how-to's. THIS ONE IS THE BEST!

I've learned more from this dvd than with any other.

This one is money-well-spent.
