I have the first two KitchenCue DVD's and I LOVE them. I understand a 3rd one is out very soon. The amazing thing about these instructional DVD's is that Chef Shellie is not the least bit pretentious, is easy to understand and so generous with her knowledge. Quite often you listen to Chef's and they give partial information, you attempt what they have done to complete failure. Not so with Chef Shellie, she really teaches you skills to keep forever and makes you a success. Please try these. You will love them too.

Chnaged me from a bumbling bachelor into a creative cook!,

BEFORE: I was an expert at melting cheese on things in the microwave so I was someone who could 'prepare food', but not really cook. Probably as a result, I received these videos as a gift from someone tired of eating with me.
NOW: I understand what it means to prepare and cook things in different ways (i.e. dice, vs slice, bake vs roast) and WHY. With my easily acquired new skills, I can taste things as I cook and I've somehow MAGICALLY developed the ability to diagnose and correct as I go! No more adding hot sauce or cheese to make up for my boring/bland food. I'm really cooking thanks to these videos! I purchased the first DVD--and came back for a second-helping. These are must-have training tools for both novice and experienced cooks. Take the opportunity to learn from one of the most knowledgable, fun, inspirational instructors in the industry. As with Sautes and Pan Sauces, you will get the technique down easily as she walks you through the steps. For me it was the perfect review. Once again she has packed this DVD with all kinds of useful information in an easy-to-use format that will give you the confidence to cook without recipes or give you new inspiration on combining ingredients and spices for pallate pleasing results. A great value!"
