4.0 out of 5 stars Nice Roaster
I really liked just be carefull when someone else enter your kitchen and try to help you cleaning the roaster because people don't know how to clean and they can damaged the roaster (already happen to me!) And also the price is not bad.

1.0 out of 5 stars WORST ROASTER EVER

This is the worst cookware I've ever purchased. It is KitchenAid's Drop-Down Roaster with Folding Rack. The roaster is indeed heavy, but large chunks of coating started peeling off after THREE uses. All three times, the temperatures were kept under 350 degrees. After each use, I gently washed it with a soft sponge, dried it and put it back in the box so it...

1.0 out of 5 stars WORST ROASTER EVER, July 24, 2011
This review is from: Kitchenaid Rostar with Fold-down Rack

This is the worst cookware I've ever purchased. It is KitchenAid's Drop-Down Roaster with Folding Rack. The roaster is indeed heavy, but large chunks of coating started peeling off after THREE uses. All three times, the temperatures were kept under 350 degrees. After each use, I gently washed it with a soft sponge, dried it and put it back in the box so it would last for years.
Their description states that the roaster is DOUBLE LAYER REINFORCED NON-STICK COATING???? You have got to be kidding. This looks thinner than Spray Paint!! I'm so mad, I can't see straight. The box says "MADE IN CHINA" That explains a lot. It is cheap made in China junk. Yes, KitchenAid is now made in China. I incorrectly thought their products were Made in America. WRONG!!! Sure, it only costs $19.95, but you'd expect it to last more than 3 times. Eating the painted coating could actually be unhealthy. It you do decide to purchase their cookware, keep yourself safe and line it with aluminum foil or baking paper.

1.0 out of 5 stars Non-stick coating flakes off, April 26, 2011
This review is from: Kitchenaid Rostar with Fold-down Rack
After only three uses the product is unusable!!! The non-stick coating in the pan begins to flake off and gets into the food. Very disappointed.
The fold down rack is handy. Will have to look for another pan it will fit.
