I had the old metal baking stuff, but I am in the process of getting rid of it and replacing it with silicone. It takes less space, nothing sticks and you feel like a domestic goddess. The bundt pan in silicone is utterly fabulous - I used to have all these akward get-the-cake-out-of-the-pan moments when I made bundt cakes. But with silicone, you sort of do a couple of twists and voila! Perfect!

This bakeware is absolutley the best I have ever had. It doesn't stick, rust, or burn. Super easy to keep clean, just toss in the dishwasher. I you are a baker you must have this, you will be amazed.

Three years ago, when the only silicone was on Amazon and infomercials, I threw out all my bake ware except a few cookie sheets and bought the bundt pan, the muffin tins, the cake pans and the wonderful loaf pans (meatloaf pans!) I never regretted it once. Imagine not having to scrub out a pan after meatloaf! How about being able to bake muffins every morning for your family and toss the pan into the dishwasher - without using muffin papers! And I echo the bundt pan comment; I never made bundt cake because of the mess it caused trying to get the grease and flour into every crevice of the pan and still having the cake break apart when baked. Never again! I love baking, I hate the clean-up. This is the perfect solution. Finally, because it is so lightweight, my friends with arthritis find it easier to carry a full pan - and easier to clean as well. Call me the Sili-cook!

This is by far the greatest bakeware ever invented. You can burn anything, nothing sticks and the food is cooked evenly throughout. Plus they fold up into tiny spaces. I am throwing away everything else and only buying this stuff.
