Seems a good magazine about kite boarding,

As I've never kite boarded, it's hard to say. If you're interested in starting kite boarding, this looks like a good first step. Pricing guides, reviews, pointers, interviews with top kite boarders, etc. The price is kind of high so I didn't give it a five. |
